19 Sep Invitation to Bid: Manufactured Home Replacement – Willsboro
The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a HOME Manufactured Housing Replacement project in Willsboro, NY. We are demolishing a dilapidated manufactured home and replacing it with a new manufactured home in front of the existing, with the project start date set for the end of October. The work includes site evaluation, preparation, installation of an Energy Star certified, approximately 910 square foot manufactured home and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Contractors must comply with NY State and Local codes.
