09 Sep RFP: HOME Rehabilitation Project – Queensbury
North Country Rural Development is actively seeking bids for our next HOME rehabilitation project. These projects help ensure low to moderate-income and senior families in our community can remain in their homes, have a safe place to live and align with our mission to improve living conditions and enhance the quality of life for families in the North Country. We hope that you will consider placing a bid for this upcoming project.
This HOME rehab project consists of lead abatement, siding, window and door replacement, plumbing and electrical work. For the full scope of work, bid sheet and lead and asbestos testing please reach out to hcarroll@northcountryruraldevelopment.org. Bids for this project are due Thursday, October 9th at 4:00pm.
