03 Nov RFP: Manufactured Home Replacement – Hartford
The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking bids for a HOME Manufactured Housing Replacement project in Hartford, NY. We are demolishing a dilapidated manufactured home and replacing it with a new manufactured home on the same footprint, with the project start date set for the beginning of December. The work includes site evaluation, preparation, installation of an Energy Star certified, approximately 1512 square foot manufactured home and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Contractors must comply with NY State and Local codes.
