NRDC invites sealed bids from qualified general contractors for eight (8) separate building-rehabilitation contracts along Montcalm Street, Ticonderoga, NY. All work must comply with the 2020 NYS Uniform Code, ADA Standards, and HUD/EPA lead-safe & asbestos regulations.

MWBE-certified and Section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to participate.
Only firms on (or pre-qualified for) NRDC’s Approved Contractor List will be eligible for award.

GENERAL BID CONDITIONS

  • Bid Period: 3 weeks + 1 day (closes July 23 2025).
  • Insurance: Contractors must carry Workers’ Compensation (eligible project expense if secured before mobilization).
  • Certifications: Lead or asbestos work requires current EPA RRP / NYS DOL credentials.
  • Codes & Standards: All work must meet NYS Uniform Code, ECCCNYS, ADA, HUD Lead-Safe Rule, and SHPO guidelines where applicable.
  • Bid Form: Submit lump-sum bids per property, proposed schedule, and acknowledgment of addenda.
